Well, the Live Journal. I've heard a lot about it, and know several people who have Live Journals, but I never really bothered to sign up. Finally changed. well, time to teach you guys a little about me.

Name: Ken Selvin

Eyes and Hair: Dark Brown

Height: 6' 0" (Doctor keeps saying I'm 5'11", but everyone around me who is that high says that I'm at least an inch higher than them, if not more.)

(I don't know why I'm doing this. It just seems like the right thing to do!)

Favorite things to do: Play video games, play soccer, write stories, play with my friends, and, shockingly, play video games. Yes, I know it's in there twice. I just love it that much.

Least favorite things to do: Go to school (who does?), take my dog for an hour long walk, and disobey my parents (I put that there because I seriously doubt that ANYONE has parents who are as strict as mine. I wasn't even allowed to get Halo until my parents approved it, and I was 17 at the time. Go figure. For anyone who's parents ARE stricter than mine... Well, sucks to be you. :P )

Favorite manga/anime: Bleach, Case Closed, Trigun, Rurouni Kenshin, Yu Yu Hakusho, Ranma 1/2, Inuyasha, Solty Rei, Naruto, and the light novel, Full Metal Panic. I like most of the manga and anime I watch so long as it has a decent storyline. The crappy ones that have no depth tend to be the kind I stop reading after the second or third book/episode.

Working on writing a fanfiction story by the title of "The Iron Empire," which is posted at www.fanfiction.net which means that, if you are interested, you should take a look! Posted under the same name as here.

Don't know if I should do this, but it's on quite a few author bios at fanfic sites and other random sites

Favorite pairings:

Yusuke/Keiko (Yu Yu Hakusho)

Jimmy/Rachel (Case Closed)

Inuyasha/Kagome (Inuyasha) (Obvious pairing, no?)

Miroku/Sango (Inuyasha)

Ranma/Akane (Ranma 1/2) (See Inu./Kag.)

Ryoga/Ukyo (Ranma 1/2) (probably could never happen, but they seem to be kind of like each other. They would probably make a good pair.)

Shampoo/Mousse (Ranma 1/2)

Nabiki/Kuno (Ranma 1/2) (If only because Nabiki would swindle Kuno out of all his money and then make 200% interest off of it.)

Kasumi/Dr. Tofu (Ranma 1/2)

Pretty much, I like all of Rumiko Takahashi's works. They have a certain ring to them that I like.

Sousuke/Chidori (Full Metal Panic) (I'm not a fan of the Sousuke/Tessa pairing. It seems like a bad match to me.)

Kurz/Mao (Full Metal Panic)

Favorite consoles: Definitely got to be the Xbox and Xbox 360. Don't get me wrong; I've got nothing against Nintendo and Sony. I just find that Microsoft is fording a better path through the waters in the gaming business than the others. Heck, the Wii isn't even fully HD-TV compatible, and the PS3 has a price tag of almost $600? Not for me, sorry. The 360 seems the best compromise of beauty and punch with affordability. Although, I must say, some of those Wii games are looking pretty good...

Favorite games: Ah, my favorites. Surprisingly enough, I'm more a fan of the older-style games than most of the newer style ones. My overall favorite game, though, would have to be Tiberian Sun. (Hence, my name is Kane, leader of Nod) That game made a huge impact on my life. Other games I play and love: X-Com Apocalypse, Halo, Halo 2, Halo 3, Elder Scrolls IV: Oblivion, Ghost Recon: Advanced Warfighter 1 and 2, Earth 2160, Star Wars: Empire at War, and last, but most CERTAINLY not least, the entire C&C series (Red Alert 1 and 2 and the expansion Yuri's Revenge, Tiberian Dawn and Sun and the expansion Firestorm, Generals and its expansion Zero Hour, Renegade, and Command and Conquer III: Tiberian Wars and its expansion, Kane's Wrath). Top three games of these are X-Com apocalypse, Red Alert 2, and Tiberian Sun.

Now that you are sufficiently bored and have pulled out the stakes and pitchforks, I just wanted to say that's it. Practically everything you need to know about me, right there.
